APPROACH & TOOLS
Integrative, rigorous, adapted to each individual trajectory.
My practice draws on diverse and demanding training with recognized professionals in France, Belgium, and the United States. It follows no single dogma — it adapts to each person's clinical profile, the nature of their suffering, and their therapeutic goals.
Brief solution-focused systemic therapy forms the primary framework: it allows for rapid identification of available resources and a clear therapeutic direction, without committing to an indefinite timeline. It is enriched by tools from trauma psychology, energy psychology, and mind-body approaches.
Each tool is deployed in service of a specific objective. Clinical rigor and relational ethics guide every session.
